Becoming an Instructor of the Baby Signs program means becoming a business owner. If you are already one then you probably won't need to read the following, however if you have never owned a business before then there are a few things you need to consider before taking the plunge.
Independent Contractor vs. Employee
To make it easy to understand how a Independent Contractor conducts their work, take a look at the following table. The first coloum relates to the type of areas employment is made up of, the following two coloums indicate whether or not an employee or independent contractor conducts themselves in that area of work.
