REFUNDS

We do not refund for change of mind.  The Baby Signs program is not an AUSLAN based product, it is designed to provide simple baby communication.  Refunds will not be provided on the bases that the program is not AUSLAN based.  If products are not as specified i.e damaged when received then a full refund of the purchase price and shipping will be given once product has been sent back and accepted.  This must be completed within 10 working days of receipt.
